Südtirol Classic from 6th to 13th July

In Schenna, in the summer, you can make beautiful walks, bike tours, trips to discover  places and traditions. But not only!

If you are in Schenna from 6th to 13th of July you will feel like in the past!

Cars of old time cross roads around Schenna in the area of Meran and surroundings in South Tyrol.
Südtirol Classic 2008 is a rally that lets you discover the beauty of Schenna and its surroundings on board of vintage cars that have done really the history of the engines in Italy and abroad.
This year's the event is at its 23° edition and like the other year over the race many cultural events.

The Rally itself will take place from Thursday 10th to Sunday 13th July.

• Thursday, July 10th , 2008

up to 17.00: Check-in "Piazza Raiffeisen"
05:15 pm: Conference -presentation of vehicles departing
06:00 pm: Prologue - Meran and surroundings (approx. 24 km)
Course: Schenna - Tyrol - Castle San Zeno - Meran - Sinigo - Schenna (Street Pichler, Cableway Taser) - Verdins - Schenna
Afternoon: Beverages, coffee and sweets during the Check-In
Dinner: Restaurant Schlosswirt, Schenna
08:00 pm: Classic Party: evening feast to Schenna with live music, Pizza Raiffeisen
